  • Refrain from any activity that could compromise system integrity.

Section 04

Payments & Billing

Service fees are calculated based on the agreed-upon pricing model outlined in your individual service agreement.

Payment Terms

  1. Invoices are issued according to the customized contract agreed with each client.
  2. We operate on a pay-for-paid model for medical billing: you are billed only on successfully collected claims.
  3. Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in your agreement.
  4. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

SMS Communications

By opting in to our SMS communications, you consent to receive messages related to:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Account updates and service alerts
  • Marketing and promotional SMS
  • Occasional offers and announcements

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency may vary based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply — please check with your mobile provider.

How to Opt Out

  • Text STOP to unsubscribe at any time
  • Text HELP for assistance
Consent to SMS is not required to make a purchase or use our services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

While Edge RCM strives to deliver the highest quality services, we are not liable for:

  • Delays or denials caused by insurance payers beyond our control
  • Inaccurate information provided by the client or their patients
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure events

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Section 08

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination:

  1. All outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
  2. Client data will be securely transferred or destroyed per client instruction.
  3. Both parties shall honor confidentiality obligations that survive termination.
